I’ve had an interest in wellness for while now, the idea that you can transform your life through better choices has me constantly seeking new ways to feel good. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not constantly eating well, working out and meditating each night, but I’m finding things that don’t always require maximum efforts or funds.
